Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Growthmenti platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Growthmenti Technologies Private Limited ("Growthmenti", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Growthmenti is an AI-powered career growth platform that provides the following services ("Services"):

(a) Live Guest Lectures - curated live and recorded sessions hosted by verified industry professionals; Hosts set their own price and Learners pay them directly. (b) 1:1 Expert Mentorship - sessions between Users and verified Mentors; Mentors set their own rate and Learners pay them directly. (c) AI Mock Interviews - AI-assisted practice interview sessions with automated feedback, and optionally human-led mock interviews where experienced professionals ("Mock Interviewers") evaluate candidates; Mock Interviewers set their own fee and candidates pay them directly. (d) Verified Portfolio - an AI-generated, credential-backed shareable career profile.

Growthmenti operates as a marketplace connecting Learners with Experts (Mentors, Hosts, and Mock Interviewers). All payments are made directly between Learners and Experts - Growthmenti does not collect, process, or take any commission from these transactions.

Growthmenti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at anshumansharma9711@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Growthmenti is not directed at children under 13.

Growthmenti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Experts on Growthmenti (including Mentors, Guest Lecture Hosts, and Mock Interviewers) are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Growthmenti. Growthmenti verifies Expert credentials on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any Expert's profile, qualifications, or advice.

By booking a session or attending a lecture, you acknowledge that guidance provided by Experts is for informational and career guidance purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.

All Expert-Learner interactions must be conducted through the Platform. Arrangements made outside the Platform (including direct payment, off-platform sessions, or private contact solicited via Growthmenti) are strictly prohibited and relieve Growthmenti of all liability.

4.1 Mentors: Mentors set their own session rates. Learners pay Mentors directly - Growthmenti does not process, hold, or take any cut from these payments. Mentors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of advice given.

4.2 Guest Lecture Hosts: Hosts set the price and schedule for their lectures. Attendees pay Hosts directly - Growthmenti does not collect or deduct from ticket revenue. Hosts are responsible for delivering the session as described. Failure to deliver a confirmed lecture without notice may result in suspension from the platform.

4.3 Mock Interviewers: Verified Mock Interviewers set their own fee per session. Candidates pay Mock Interviewers directly - Growthmenti does not process these payments. Growthmenti reserves the right to review session quality and remove Mock Interviewers who receive consistently poor ratings.

Experts agree that content shared during sessions must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, solicit personal business outside the platform, or violate applicable law.

5.1 Free for Everyone: Growthmenti is completely free to use for all users - Learners and Experts alike. Growthmenti does not charge any subscription fee, platform fee, commission, or service fee to anyone on the platform.

5.2 Direct Payments Between Users: When a Learner books a session with a Mentor, attends a Guest Lecture, or books a Mock Interview, payment is made directly from the Learner to the Expert. Growthmenti is not a party to this payment transaction, does not collect, hold, or process any funds, and does not take any commission or cut from these payments.

5.3 Tax Responsibility: Each Expert is solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes applicable to income they earn through the Platform, including income tax and GST where applicable. Growthmenti does not deduct TDS or issue tax documents in relation to Expert earnings, as it is not involved in payment processing.

5.4 Growthmenti reserves the right to introduce a monetisation model in the future. Any change that introduces fees for users will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Since all payments on Growthmenti are made directly between Learners and Experts, Growthmenti is not responsible for processing refunds. Any payment disputes must be resolved directly between the Learner and the Expert.

Session Cancellations: If you book a session and need to cancel, please do so with reasonable advance notice so the Expert can manage their schedule. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

If an Expert cancels a confirmed session, the Learner will be notified promptly and may rebook with the same or another available Expert. Any refund for a cancelled session is a matter between the Learner and Expert directly.

Growthmenti may intervene in repeated or serious disputes to protect platform integrity, including suspending accounts where there is evidence of misconduct.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

(a) Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; (b) Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten any person; (c) Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (d) Post or transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam); (e) Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with the Platform; (f) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems; (g) Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without prior written consent; (h) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without written authorisation from Growthmenti; (i) Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Growthmenti reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal or administrative action against anyone who, in Growthmenti's sole discretion, violates this provision.

All content on the Platform - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software - is the property of Growthmenti or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User-Generated Content: By submitting content (reviews, portfolio content, session notes, etc.) to the Platform, you grant Growthmenti a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You retain ownership of content you create. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the above licence.

Growthmenti uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models, including third-party AI services, to power features such as Mock Interviews, Portfolio generation, and career recommendations ("AI Features").

AI Features are provided for informational and practice purposes only. Outputs generated by AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Growthmenti makes no warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated advice for significant career, legal, or financial decisions. Growthmenti is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, LinkedIn, payment gateways). These links are provided for your convenience. Growthmenti has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Your interactions with third-party sites and services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Growthmenti does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components; (d) results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.

Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside Growthmenti's control. Growthmenti does not guarantee employment, salary improvements, or specific career results.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Growthmenti AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Growthmenti'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growthmenti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

Growthmenti may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at anshumansharma9711@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Growthmenti at anshumansharma9711@gmail.com. Growthmenti will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

Growthmenti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
